    • Real-Time: ​Get changes as they happen flowing to Salesforce via Commerce7 web hooks

    • Polling: Schedule certain objects to sync all newly created records since last run

    • Full-Sync: Pull all records for mapped objects from Commerce7 and sync to Salesforce

  • Flexible Implementation and Management​

    • White-Glove: ​

      • Bear Grove Consulting will set everything up for you, work with you to build out full mapping definition, go live, and provide ongoing support if requested

      • The full code is freely provided.  You can install it in your Salesforce environment, and setup the Heroku server, and get it all running.

    • Hybrid:​

      • Bear Grove Consulting can also come in and help fix a do-it-yourself implementation.

      • If after going down the DIY route, support is requested - it will be billed hourly

    • Bear Grove Consulting is also a full service Salesforce admin/dev shop and can assist with any other salesforce needs that stem from using the connector, etc.

    • Apply Transformations to data being mapped to either system​

        • Character limit - ex. only allow up to 80 characters for Salesforce name fields
